TVS Apache RTX 300 Unveiled: Aggressive Design, New Engine & Adventure Features You Can’t Miss!

TVS Apache RTX 300 is the brand’s bold step into the adventure touring segment. And it’s not just a basic upgrade. It’s a brand-new motorcycle with a proper ADV feel. If you’re someone who dreams of long rides, mountain trails, or weekend escapes, this bike looks ready for it all.

It carries TVS’s Apache racing DNA but reshaped for a new purpose. The RTX 300 is tough, tech-packed, and adventure-ready from every angle.

Adventure-inspired styling

TVS has given the RTX 300 a sharp and rugged look. At the front, you get a tall windscreen and LED headlamp that looks aggressive. The front beak adds to its ADV personality. The tank is muscular with edgy shrouds, and the tail section is sleek but strong.

The seat looks wide and split. It’s built for comfort during long hours on the saddle. The riding triangle is upright, with wide handlebars and centre-set footpegs, making it ideal for both standing and seated riding.

The exhaust is upswept, and the engine bay is well protected. You also get a strong-looking bash plate to guard the underbelly on rough roads.

Powerful new engine

The heart of the Apache RTX 300 is a 300cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine. It’s expected to produce around 35 PS of power and 28.5 Nm of torque. That’s more than enough to cruise on highways and tackle off-road trails with ease.

This engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. TVS is likely to include a slipper and assist clutch for smoother shifts and less hand fatigue. The power delivery will be refined and tuned for torque in the low and mid-range.

Expect good throttle response and punchy acceleration, without making the bike feel too aggressive for beginners.

Comfortable suspension and wheels

The suspension setup looks built to handle real-world roads. You get upside-down forks at the front and a monoshock at the rear. Both are expected to be adjustable so you can tweak the comfort depending on your load and terrain.

The bike runs on a 19-inch front wheel and 17-inch rear wheel. This combination is perfect for mild off-roading and road touring. You get block-pattern tyres that offer grip on dirt without compromising road performance.

The ground clearance looks decent and should be enough to handle speed breakers, gravel, and rough patches without worry.

Tech and features for touring

TVS is known for offering loaded bikes, and the RTX 300 is no different. It’s expected to come with a fully digital TFT screen. This screen will support Bluetooth, navigation, call alerts, and more.

You also get multiple ride modes to switch between Eco, Rain, and Sport depending on road and weather conditions. There’s a chance of traction control being offered too.

Cornering ABS, ride-by-wire throttle, cruise control, and a side-stand engine cut-off may also be included in top variants. For charging your gadgets, a USB port will be available near the handlebar.

Braking and safety

The braking setup includes disc brakes at both ends. Dual-channel ABS comes standard. In true adventure style, the rear ABS might be switchable, which helps in loose surfaces like sand or gravel.

The brake levers are expected to be adjustable. That helps riders get a better grip whether wearing gloves or not.

Price and rivals

The expected price of the Apache RTX 300 is around ₹2.5 to ₹2.9 lakh (ex-showroom). At that range, it competes directly with bikes like the KTM 250 Adventure, Suzuki V-Strom SX, Yezdi Adventure, and Royal Enfield Himalayan 450.

TVS might launch it around late 2025. Testing models have already been spotted, which means it’s well into development.

TVS Apache RTX 300 is shaping up to be a versatile bike. One that’s fast, practical, and built to explore. It’s not too bulky or too wild—just the right mix of comfort, power, and tech for the modern Indian rider who wants more than just city commutes.
