- Elroq 85x – The top-of-the-line AWD version. It should get the same 82 kWh battery but dual motors for all-wheel traction. Combined power is estimated around 295 hp (220 kW). Perfect for drivers who want extra punch and better grip in tough weather.
All versions will support DC fast charging, possibly up to 175 kW on higher trims. That means you could go from 10 to 80% in around 25-30 minutes, depending on the charger.
Inside it’s all about simplicity and space
Skoda interiors have always been practical, and the Elroq keeps that DNA. Expect a clean dashboard with a big central screen and probably a smaller one behind the steering wheel. There’s going to be loads of smart storage too. Things like phone slots, cup holders that actually hold, and hidden compartments that make daily use feel easier.
Ambient lighting, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, climate control, and over-the-air updates are expected. Skoda knows what people want and they’re not going to skip the basics.

The real kicker? Price. While official pricing isn’t out yet, insiders say the Elroq could start below €35,000 in Europe. That puts it in the same zone as the Renault Megane E-Tech and way cheaper than a Tesla Model Y. For a well-built compact SUV with this range and design, that’s pretty tempting.
There will likely be government incentives depending on your country, which could drop the final price even more. In some markets, buyers might get it under €30,000 after grants. That’s a solid deal for a new-generation EV.
